Kai & Creams

My story began in 2020, during the height of the pandemic. Like so many, I searched for a way to bring comfort and connection to an uncertain world. As a pastry chef, I turned to my craft—pouring years of experience, passion, and creativity into something that could bring people joy. That’s how Kai & Creams was born.

The name “Kai” is special—it stands for Kaibigan (meaning “friend” in Filipino) and Kaizen (a Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement). From the start, I set out to create something unique: ice cream that wasn’t just delicious but celebrated vibrant flavors and traditions often overlooked in mainstream culture. Each flavor is an homage to the ingredients, stories, and moments that make every culture special, blending the familiar with the unexpected in a way that feels like home.

Hearing how Kai & Creams has become part of so many people’s lives, bringing nostalgia, discovery, and happiness, reminds me why I started this journey. I can’t wait for you to experience our latest creations and share how they’ve become part of your story.
