Our frozen ice cream products are ready to reach your doorstep, bringing joy across Sydney. Currently, this exceptional service is exclusively available for deliveries within Sydney Metro.

Delivery Partner: We collaborate with a diverse range of couriers. The selection of the delivery partner will be made with utmost consideration. In certain METRO areas, we might even utilise local contract couriers to ensure efficiency.

Delivery Schedule: When you place your order before 10:30am (AEDT time) from Monday to Friday, we guarantee processing within 2 business days. For orders placed after 10:30am (AEDT time) on Friday, we’ll start processing the following Monday.

• For Sydney METRO areas, anticipate delivery within 2-7 business days.

Although we can’t promise specific delivery dates or times, expect your delivery to arrive on weekdays, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Unfortunately, our courier won’t be able to make a call before delivering. To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend selecting an address where someone will be available to sign for the package during regular business hours.
